An Ingredient that Causes
Panic Attacks
There is one ingredient that causes panic attacks. Actually there are plenty of them.
I remember telling my doctor: "there is something wrong with me, it's as if there is something inside of my and my body doesn't like it".
When you have an anxious feeling, did you ever feel like you weren't yourself anymore?
It turned out I was right, there was something inside of me and it was making me anxious.
When I was researching this problem and looking for solutions to be less anxious, I discovered there were many things my body would react to.
Let's say you would drink A LOT of alcohol tonight, how would you feel tomorrow?
Bad.
We all know that. But alcohol is just an ingredient and our body reacts in a certain way to it.
Well, there are a lot of ingredients our body reacts to.
Caffeine is one of them, found in coffee, chocolate and tea (teine). This simple ingredient can actually make you anxious. It speeds the body up and makes you more alert...SO ALERT that you will see danger where there is no danger.
It can even change your sleeping pattern, hours after you drank it, making you wake up anxious (and tired).
This is because caffeine mimics adrenaline in our body. It's not as strong but it pushes the same alarm buttons.
And there is more. If you're interested in those ingredients, I explain them in my CD course you can find inside the Members Area. The members area is free for newsletter subscribers. If you're interested, you can sign up below. This doesn't cost a thing.
