Panic Attack Causes
When you want to cure panic attacks it is imperative that you find all the panic attack causes that are harming you.
Many therapists will look for panic attack causes in the past. They’ll talk about your childhood, about emotional problems you’ve had in the past etc.
And although it’s true that your panic attacks started at some point in your life, the past is never one of the real panic attack causes.
I’ve had panic attacks for 14 years and have cured my panic attacks in 2004. I’ve had a rough past, but just like you and everyone else I cannot change the past.
The causes of panic attacks are hidden in daily activities, in the way you think and react to the stuff that happens in your life and so on.
So yes, you yourself are one of the panic attack causes that keeps bugging you. This was hard for me to accept, but I had to.
When I felt anxious, I would start to panic and think: “oh no, what’s happening? Why now?...” and so on. Because of this I was adding more panic to the problem.

So there’s a special and different way of thinking that I developed to overcome my panic attacks and I would love to share it with you.
