An ingredient that can cause Panic Attacks

What is Agoraphobia?

Agoraphobia has many definitions. Many people think it's the fear of a wide space.

I'm not a psychologist, but I disagree.

I've had agoraphobia and for me it meant I was afraid, getting panic attacks whenever I was somewhere with more people. I got nauseous in the movie theater for instance, because I thought: "I can't get away here, what if I faint or throw up, what are all these people going to think then?"

That's what I had and what a lot of my clients have, some even have it when driving their cars, especially when they have to stop in front of a traffic light...where indeed you cannot go away.

The agora, in roman and greek times, was the place where everyone would meet, where people came together.

That's why agoraphobia in my personal opinion is the fear of places where a lot of people are and where you have the perception that you can't get away immediately.

If you think you have this problem, I might be able to help. I've had these kinds of anxieties for 14 years, overcame them in 2004 and have since been helping a lot of people to overcome them as well. It would be my pleasure to help you with it as well.

I send out a weekly newsletter and have created a member area with videos about these subjects and I would love to invite you inside.
